AL-KO Kober screw connection for welding for connection between axle & draw tube
Technique assembly:
1. The top-hat profile is welded on at the manufacturer's plant, if required.
2. The drawbar profile ( cut off as needed.
3. Drill two holes in the drawbar profile. AL-KO drawbar tubes have a bore with a spacer tube as standard. When using welded screw connections, a drill hole with a spacer tube must also be drilled. For Ø tubular drawbars - drill horizontally in the middle for spacer tube 365.472 Ø 22, for 372.879 Ø 25.5
4. Weld spacer tube in the middle
5. Screw spacer tube with hexagon screw and self-locking nut
tightening torque 86 Nm for M 12;
tightening torque 210 Nm for M 16
