💡 Important Note: How to determine the correct side (Left/Right)
Confusion often occurs with pendulum latches. To ensure that your new latch fits perfectly, please note the following points before purchasing:

Not tied to the direction of travel: For pendulum latches, the designation "left" or "right" does not necessarily refer to the driver or passenger side of your trailer.

Manufacturer specification is decisive: The side specification is defined technically by the manufacturer of the latch. The decisive factor is the design of the mechanism, not the mounting location on the vehicle.

Visual comparison is mandatory: An order based purely on the logic "I need the passenger side" unfortunately often leads to incorrect purchases.
Our recommendation: Please compare the shape and the opening direction of your old latch very closely with our product photos. This is the safest way to avoid an incorrect order.
